Hypervida Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
Hypervida values your time and strives to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we kindly ask that you honor the following policy:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
- Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation at the discretion of our team. In either case, a 50% charge will apply.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. This includes clients who fail to attend without notice, as well as those who inform us they won’t be coming after the appointment start time.
