Refund Policy

All purchases of sessions, packages, and memberships at Hypervida are non-refundable. We are committed to providing exceptional service and reserving your time in our schedule; therefore, we do not offer returns or credits for unused or partially used services.

Exception:

Refunds may be considered only in the case of a documented medical emergency that prevents the client from safely participating in services. In such cases, clients must provide written documentation from a licensed medical professional within 10 days of the missed appointment or planned service use. Hypervida reserves the right to determine eligibility for any refund on a case-by-case basis.
